One-time purchases, no subscription

Each month's new trip is built for free, for up to 12 days. What you can buy is day tickets for a longer trip, a second trip ticket, and add-ons for an active trip such as a chat pack or another rebuild. Each is a single payment: there is no subscription, no automatic renewal and no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel to stop future charges.

When you get a refund

Day tickets: you can get a full refund for day tickets that have not been used yet, meaning the days they added to the trip have not been built.

Second trip ticket: you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as it has not opened a trip.

Add-ons for an active trip: you can get a full refund as long as they have not been used.

Days that have already been built are non-refundable. Building your trip is real work done for you, using AI models, data sources and infrastructure that we pay for at that moment. The result, your full route, has already been delivered to you and stays with you.

That does not mean you are on your own. If something in the route is wrong or did not work as expected, write to us and we will sort it out: a correction, a rebuild of a day or of the whole trip, or any other fix that gets you the route you wanted. Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

How to request a refund

Email us at [email protected] with your account email address and the receipt number you received by email after paying, and we will handle your request promptly.

An approved refund goes back to your original payment method through Paddle, usually within a few business days. The exact timing depends on your card issuer or payment provider.

Billing through Paddle

Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction, so the charge will appear on your statement as Paddle.com. You can also contact Paddle support directly at paddle.net with any question about a charge, a receipt or a refund.

How long a purchase lasts, and what you keep

Every month you get one new trip built in full for free, for up to 12 days, so you can see the result without paying.

The chat and itinerary editing stay active until the trip's last day is over. After that, the itinerary stays in your account to view, share and download, and you can keep adding photos, writing in the journal and making a presentation until you move the trip to the archive. Unused questions, actions or rebuilds cannot be exchanged for money.

Photos and videos you upload to the gallery are kept for as long as the trip exists in your account. Full details are in the terms of use.
