General terms and who runs the service

The Diretix service, including the diretix.com website and its companion app, is operated and managed by Partatch (“the Company”, “we”). These terms of use form a binding legal agreement between you and the Company and apply to any use of the service.

By using the service you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree to any of them, please do not use the service.

The service and its content

Diretix helps you plan trips using artificial intelligence: suggested routes, attractions, hotels and a budget. The content is meant to help with initial planning only. It is not professional advice, and it is not a commitment on behalf of any travel provider.

Because some of the content is generated by AI, it may contain inaccuracies. Before you book, travel or change your route, check opening hours, prices and availability directly with the relevant providers.

Your account and fair use

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place through your account. Use the service lawfully and fairly only:

• Do not harm other users or the normal operation of the system
• Do not try to extract, copy or scrape content by automated means
• Do not upload offensive, infringing or unlawful content

Photos and videos you upload

You can upload photos and videos to the trip gallery. The gallery is open only to you and the trip members you invite. Each file is stored encrypted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), at a unique address that cannot be guessed or found by searching. Anyone who is sent a direct link to a file can open it.

We do not use your media for anything else: we do not share it, sell it or train models on it. The one exception is producing your trip presentation, which reaches only you and anyone you share its link with.

A few basic rules apply. Do not upload:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit content
• Unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others
• Offensive or harmful content

How long your gallery media is kept

Your media stays in the gallery for as long as the trip exists in your account. The download button in the gallery downloads all your photos and videos in one click, at any time.

Deleting the trip or your account permanently deletes the media from our servers, and it cannot be recovered, so download a copy first. The rest of the trip data (routes, days and planning details) stays in your account.

Purchases, billing and refunds

Every account gets one new trip each month, built in full for free for up to 12 days, including the chat, the gallery, sharing and one rebuild. A longer trip is completed with day tickets, paid per day.

Another trip in the same month opens with a second trip ticket, which adds a permanent spot for one more active trip to your account. That trip's days are bought together with the ticket, as day tickets. You can also buy add-ons for an active trip, such as a chat pack or another rebuild. Every purchase is one-time: there is no subscription, no automatic renewal and no recurring charge.

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction, so the charge will appear under the name Paddle.com.

Intellectual property

All rights in the service, including its design, code, trademarks and the content the system generates, belong to the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or make commercial use of the content without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from reliance on the content, including disrupted routes, unexpected expenses or discrepancies with providers. Final responsibility for planning and carrying out your trip is yours.

Changes to the terms and the service

We may update the service and these terms from time to time to improve the experience, security and reliability. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
